We are the speculative development arm of
Devon & Cornwall Housing group, developing a number of sites across Devon and Cornwall. We return all profit to DCH in the form of Gift Aid, which provides additional investment for affordable homes in the region. We are currently working with our partners on sites in Truro, Bodmin, Plymouth, Teignmouth and Sidmouth and have recently completed schemes in Redruth and St Austell.
