Devonport Phase 1- Ker Street

This mixed-use regeneration development is part of a Devonport master plan for the regeneration of the Devonport area. The first phase of the regeneration focuses around the grade I listed Guildhall, the North side of Ker Street, the ‘Bullring’ and flats to the West.

Phase 1 includes 48 new homes, comprising of different sized houses with gardens and apartments, including 30 affordable dwellings. Devon & Cornwall Housing Association is also confirming it's commitment to the regeneration of Devonport by choosing to locate it's new Plymouth office within this development.

This phase will create new streets, which connect better with neighbouring developments and making more of the historic environment, topography and relationship to the waterfront.
