Devon & Cornwall Housing Association developing a number of sites across Devon and Cornwall. All profit made is returned to DCHA in the form of Gift Aid, facilitating additional investment for affordable homes in the region.
We are currently developing with our partners in Truro, Bodmin, Plymouth, Teignmouth and Sidmouth and have recently completed schemes in Redruth and St Austell.
